Your Week to Deeply Relax and Reconnect
This week has 2x daily holistic "Life Awareness Sessions" of 75 minutes each with a blend of Yoga, Breathwork, Meditation, and QiGong. During the day you can choose to either enjoy time at the beach, hike in nature, surf, or stay in the comfort of the Hotel to use the SPA facilities.
