How can isochronic tones and binaural beats improve my brain?
At the root of all our thoughts, emotions and behaviour lies the communication between neurons within our brain. Masses of neurons communicating with each other causes synchronised electrical pulses that produce brainwaves. Isochronic tones and binaural beats are so-called brainwave entrainment or neural synchronisation techniques that use pulsing (background) tones and frequencies to cause the brain to synchronize its dominant brainwave frequency with an external stimulus to achieve the desired state.
