One Week of Joy, Relaxation, and Well-Being!

This inspiring retreat experience has 2x daily Life Awareness Sessions of 75 minutes with an integrated blend of Yoga, Breathwork, Meditation, and QiGong. Our experienced instructors are fully accredited Life Awareness Yoga and Breathwork teachers.

During the day you can choose to join the activities of surfing or hiking. Or you can take your own time to enjoy the beach, be in nature, or stay in the comfort of the Award-Winning Hotel to use the SPA facilities. 

Please note, the activity starting times may vary with the season.
