Daily Retreat Schedule

A week of activity, relaxation and health!

This Yoga, breathwork, surf and nature week has 2 daily of 75 minutes with a variation of Yoga, breathwork, meditation and QiGong. The teachers are accredited Life Awareness yoga and breathwork instructors.

During the day you can choose to join the activities of surfing or hiking. Or you can take your own time to enjoy the beach, be in nature, or stay in the hotel to use the SPA facilities. 

The activity starting times may vary with the season

16:00  Introduction with mindfulness and meditation session on the cliffs.
