Your week to deeply relax and reconnect.
This week has 2 daily "Life Awareness Sessions" of 75 minutes with a variation of Yoga, breathwork, meditation and QiGong.
During the day you can choose to either enjoy the beach, hike in nature, surf, or stay in the hotel to use the SPA facilities.

- 16:00 meeting at reception to go for a mindfulness and meditation session on the cliffs. (Bring a beach towel and warm clothes.)
