Taking care of your mind through breathwork

Every day you brush your teeth, every day you wash your face. This is something you have been taught to do since a very young age and it has become a daily habit. But how much time do you spend taking care of your mind and heart? Taking some time to create a state of inner peace, to connect with your 'source' and to clear out blockages and stuck emotions is essential to living a harmonious and joyful life.
Wouldn't it be great if taking some time every day to take care of mind and heart would become a normality in our society? That we will teach our children from a young age how to deal with the fluctuations of emotions, how to generate inner peace, kindness, and acceptance?
 
My mission is to make daily care for mind & body the 'new normal'.
And it is through example that our children will behave and learn to create their 'normal'. Therefore let's set a good example by starting with our own life now by implementing these healthy routines.
