This does not mean you have to sit for 30minutes a day in meditation. Just by doing the short guided sessions I have given you, and paying a bit more attention to where your awareness is during the day will already help a lot! Also, it is great if you take a little moment everyday to write down some things in the meditation journal that is given to you in this course.
