The 4-Week Breathwork Live Challenge gives you a simple and supportive way to bring breathwork into your daily life.
Here’s what’s included…
Four live sessions
Every week, you’ll join a 1-hour live group session with Michaël.
You’ll practice step by step, ask your questions, and receive direct guidance to make the techniques part of your routine.
The program is from October 6th until November 2nd, 2025.
The sessions are every Tuesday from 3:00–4:00 PM London time.
Personal support
During the sessions, Michaël is available to answer your questions and offer personal feedback. You’ll also receive guidance to keep your practice steady throughout the course.
A practical learning library
