Ask yourself: How many times during the day do you find a moment of presence – only to pick up your phone or think “what should I 'check' now?” How many times do you focus on the past and get upset, or think about the future and feel overwhelmed?
Simply just observe these habits.

To support you in changing your daily routines I’d like to share with you the 'Life Awareness Daily Checklist'. True inner transformation only happens when you are consistent and build healthy habits to take care of yourself.
Let this be your friendly reminder to take a few moments to adjust your state of mind.
It can be hard to stick to your plan and it is just too easy to get distracted.
So, I recommend placing the checklist somewhere where you can see it constantly and you will be reminded daily. It could be next to your bed, on the fridge, or as wallpaper on your computer and phone.
Keep taking time to develop inner peace and strength through breathwork, movement and mind-training/ meditation.
