Change your life through breathwork and meditation

Your state of mind determines how you experience your life. You know that right? When you feel sad, you can be in the most beautiful place in the world, but you will only experience your sadness and not the beauty of the place. Or, when you feel at peace and connected with your 'source', you can be in the most stressful situation, but you can keep that inner peace, calmness, and focus and oversee the situation.

Re-wire your brain with acceptance and gratitude

Your brain is a set of neural patterns and you can influence, re-order and shape them. So, from today on, start creating new connections in your brain and think of five things (or more) you are grateful for. Really, it will work wonders. Just do it every day and you will see you get better and better at it.
It only takes 1 week of gratitude practice for people to start showing changed brain patterns that lead to greater empathy and happiness. Doing this every day will rewire your brain to be naturally more grateful, and you’ll start feeling happier after every session, every day. Your brain is a powerful tool, and training it towards gratitude is all part of ensuring that the gratitude comes more easily as you practice, so what are you waiting for?

Creating new habitual patterns that will change your life
The habit of being grateful starts with appreciating every good thing in life and recognizing that there is nothing too small for you to be thankful for.
Even if it is as simple as appreciating the clear weather or simple lunch with friends or family, don’t leave anything out when practicing your gratitude.
 
Dig a little deeper into some of your own past experiences and try to figure out how they have helped shape you into the person you are today.
