By purchasing or using Yogalap courses, breathwork, movement practices, or other services, you agree to these terms.
1. Practice at Your Own Risk
Breathwork, movement, yoga and meditation can have physical and mental effects. You participate at your own risk and are responsible for respecting your own limits.
Some practices may not be suitable if you are pregnant or have a serious or unstable medical condition, particularly involving the heart, brain, nervous system or respiratory system. If you have a medical condition, take medication, or are unsure whether a practice is suitable for you, consult a qualified healthcare professional first.
Stop immediately if you feel unwell, dizzy, faint, experience pain, or feel something is wrong.
Never practice breathwork while driving, in water, or anywhere losing consciousness could be dangerous.
Our practices are not a competition. Go at your own pace and never force yourself.
2. Booking & Payment
You must be 18 or older, unless participating with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.
Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
3. Changing Course Dates
The Breathwork Instructor Course start date can be changed once free of charge. Additional changes cost €30.
4. Our Content
Yogalap’s courses, videos, manuals, exercises and other materials are protected by intellectual property rights and are for personal use only. Please do not copy, share, sell or commercially use them without our permission.
5. Health Disclaimer
Yogalap provides educational and wellbeing content, not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. We do not guarantee specific health or other results.
6. Liability
You participate voluntarily and accept responsibility for your own practice. To the extent permitted by law, Yogalap is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Our liability is generally limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service.
7. Privacy
We use your personal information to provide and improve our services and communicate with you. We do not sell or rent your personal information. See our Privacy Policy for more information.
8. Applicable Law
These terms are governed by Dutch law, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country apply differently.
