Reconnect with nature and your 'True Self'

This experience is so much more than just a yoga retreat. In this week you will train your awareness and develop healthy habit patterns. Every day you will participate a breathwork and meditation sessions guided by Michaël Bijker.

During the day you can choose to go for a surf or fantastic nature walks in nature on the wild coast of South-west Portugal Algarve. Located in the most SW point of Europe, Sagres is surrounded by ocean and wonderful wilderness. A great location to reconnect mind and body with nature.

*This retreat is perfect for students that have taken one or more of the online breathwork or meditation courses from Yogalap.

Nurture your mind & body

Next to doing lots of breathwork, yoga and surf there is plenty of time and space to relax. Taking time for yourself is an important part of this beautiful experience. The Memmo Design Hotel has Spa facilities that you can use all week. So after a surf or a hike, you can enjoy a nice sauna or Turkish steam bath. Healthy food will be prepared for you.

This retreat is great for first-timers and also a unique experience for people who have visited retreats before. It’s a great experience to come alone or if you’ve never surfed before, we’ll make sure you feel welcome.

There’s no obligation to participate in all of the organized activities. If you don’t feel like it, you can enjoy the wonderful beaches, visit the town, enjoy the Spa or do other activities.
